Fire Escapes are required to be tested every 10 years and re-certified every 5 years by the engineer of test record. Typically a fire marshal will send you a notification ahead of the due date.

Typically, you would need a test plan drawn by the engineer that is approved by the city. If you do not have one, that is totally ok. We work with an in house engineer that can design a test plan. Give us a call to walk you through the process.

Yes, we require 50% down at the time of signing the contract. Down payment must be accepted before our engineer starts plans and/or plans are submitted to the city.
